Spotify ubuntu

I'm following the instruction, but I'm stuck at config.ini step. was able to find the folder/var/lib/flatpak/app/com.spotify.Client/x86_64/stable/active/files/extra/share/spotify/How can I access this config.ini for me to change the spotify_path?
