The sounds??? 10-24-2024, 12:33 PM #7 Human being with feelings Join Date: Nov 2017 Posts: 2 Bump threadI find almost the same with Sampletank 4 CS: When I try running Sampletank VSTi as an FX on a track it just loads a blank white FX window and then Reaper crashes. Is the standalone working?2. What is the extension on the Vst file itself? If *.DLL, it can be installed pretty much anywhere (on the Reaper Vst list) EXCEPT the (assuming Windows) Program files/Common Files/VST3 folder. SampleTank 4 CS sound content is downloaded.Per your questions:1. SampleTank 4 app starts and crashes2. C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 contains SampleTank4.vst3 and SampleTank Editor.vst3.Instrument files seem to be st4i, such asC:\Users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 4\Instruments\SampleTank 4\*/It seems that install files are in:C:\Users\\Documents\IK Multimedia\IK Product Manager\SampleTank 4 CS\SampleTank_4_CS_Sound_Content.zip; for example: \SampleTank 4 Sound Content\Instruments\SampleTank 4To me all this follows what you say and the FAQ I mentioned.Any one, any more ideas?

When I went to install it, and all the content from the Syntronik products there was no where on the installer to choose another location so it went to a default somewhere and I don't know where that is?What about all the sounds from all the other components, like syntronik, Miroslav, and the add ons?
