Realtek pcie gbe drivers

My laptop has Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter AND Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. Difference? When I look under Device Manager>>Network Adapters, I see both "Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter" and "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" listed. What's the difference? Do I have two WiFi cards/drivers?.
