I have a user who is trying to open/save a .pdf that was emailed to her. I'm using Outlook 2013 32bit. If I double click the attachment to open it, or try to save it to disk, Outlook just crashes. The only addin that needs to be checked for this is iCloud Outlook addin. If it wont stay loaded, i have a reg key that will fix that. See for the key.What addins are installed? Thanks for your feedback. Ok, that explains why its not syncing. Next to Go at the bottom of the dialog, change the menu to Disabled addins and click Go. Is the iCloud addin on the list? (You may have a search addin disabled - that is normal). If iCloud is listed there, enable it. Next, choose Com addins in the menu and click Go. Add a check in the box next to the iCloud addin. This will enable I at least until you close outlook. If it wont stay enabled, you'll need to set registry keys. (I have the keys at - and a ready to use
