I'm not sure about the BETA (Rising AV had an English version for beta testing, so maybe Twister will have one, too), but as Tony's said the final version will be available in English. If you 're on default, then i don't know how this is possible to occur, since Twister has no HTTP scanner and "suspicious" can't be triggered by the signature scanner, but only by the behaviour blocker, registry protector or advanced options (those not reccommended).
