Logitech extreme 3d pro usb

Just ordered my first joystick which is a Logitech extreme 3D pro for Microsoft flight simulator and I just wanted to know is there any drivers or software I need to download for it to work properly.I am unable to turn on Windows 11 memory integrity due to the Logitech G Extreme 3D Pro Joystick I bought in December. I've attached an image of the drivers that are causing a problem. I tried rebooting the computer into the command prompt and I am unable to delete the files manually. There is no way to automatically uninstall the drivers either. Please help. I've tried Logitech software for calibration, I tried updated drivers, I've tried calibrating as an administrator (which would be BS because my standard user should have all the rights needed), different USB ports - no change. I boot up the computer, and need to calibrate the stick before playing. Same happens on my other Windows 10 computer. If I plug the stick into my ancient Windows 7 laptop, it works OK without any calibration, never mind a need to recalibrate every boot up.I have the Extreme 3D pro on Windows 11. I tried and then uninstalled the Logitech drivers because they caused issues. But without them, Windows 11 detected it as the correct device, and let me do the calibration.
