Apartments are very large and roomy. As residents move out apartments are upgraded with new appliances and countertops as well as new flooring. Some apartments have a golf course view which is beautiful. One problem has come up, management is ineffective dealing with a few selfish residents. It seems as though they have a complete disregard for other residents that live near them. They have started feeding local wildlife such as ...ducks, squirrels, geese, birds and the like. This has created a barnyard atmosphere, constant noise and feathers on outdoor furniture, feces on patio and common areas shared by others and rats come around because of over feeding. When asked to stop this these residents responded by saying there is nothing in their lease to prevent them from doing this even though it effects others who also want to enjoy the beauty of these common areas.
