Can confirm for me this morning that signing out from the Help pull down menu (get a web page that tells me I’m signed out of all things Sketchup) and then signing in through the Help pull down menu (pops up a web page for me to sign in) worked for me this morning.I was able to open several new Sketchup windows and saved projects without the error. I've had the full Adobe Creative Cloud from the beginning and have never had an issue with it until two weeks ago with this endless login loop. Nothing had changed on my system (on an iMac) and I've tried all the self-help troubleshooting steps including deleting the following folders:~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE (in user Library folder)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache (in main Library folder)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore... and finally contacting support, both chat and phone. 4 support agents over 4 days, 2 to 4 hours each day giving them remote access to my computer, and they were unable to resolve the issue. No suggestions, nothing. I told them (being that I use to do tech support for other companies) that it looks to me that it's an issue with their backend server not properly creating the credentials... a couple of days later they emailed me saying that it WAS an issue with their backend server, and the issue has been fixed, and all should be working, but it's not! And when I told them this, they promised to have someone call me back the next day. This was Wednesday of last week. No one called and now they are no longer answering my emails! Yet I'm still being charged for the full Creative Cloud even though I can no longer log into it or access any of my apps! THIS NEEDS TO GET RESOLVED ASAP! My livelihood depends on it, especially now! Making iTunes library find missing tracks in multiple, not one by one OK so this is a problem that has been dogging me for a few weeks now. Due to lack of space on both my laptop and external drive my music files have been in 2 separate places. I finally bought myself a TB drive and have moved all of my files to the new drive. However, the iTunes library now cannot find around 2000 files. Every time I click to play the exclamation mark pops up and i have to manually find the new location, and there is no function to make the library realise that it could find all the missing files there. Is there any way round this problem? Second problem is that now I have pointed iTunes in the right direction to the new drive (Lacie/iTunes) there seems to be a new folder created by iTunes called Music to which new imports are added. This folder sits in amongst all my other artist folders. How can I get iTunes to not do this? If I moved all of my existing folders into this new Music folder I would have the same problem with iTunes not being able to find files but for th whole of my collection. I really dont want to have to create a new library as it is imperitive that I keep my library ordered in Date Added order. Any help on this greatly appreciated. As to the sound quality repercussions of converting AIFF to MP3, all I can say is that I'm happy with the results. I've cut a 25-minute recitation of The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayam by Marvin Miller to 1.8 MB, and it sounds just fine to me, except for the clicks, which are there only because I didn't clean the LP sufficiently before making the recording. One of these days before I lose or break the 40-year record, I'm going to make the recording over again after cleaning it properly.
