Cant add extensions to chrome

Cant Add to Chrome any extensions as of today . Troubleshooting Hello, I am unable to add any extensions to chrome browser on my chromebook as of today. Ive tried powerwashing but still the same. Button is greyed out on all extensions. Anyone know what is the problem? Cant add IDM extension manually or automatically. Chrome 71 .
