My dog, Leonardo, was sick over a weekend when he was a puppy and they had very convenient hours. I never went back to another vet until leaving the area. I can't overstate the quality of the staff, as they are all very caring and were always thrilled to see Leo even though he is a hyper dog who can be challenging to work with at times. He loved going to the vet at Pet Street because of the staff. Appointments are easy to make and the care is reasonably priced for the quality given. They also were able to work me in at times when Leo needed to be see somewhat urgently. He is doing well now, but we will have to find a new vet due to moving and I'm unsure that another clinic can live up to Pet Street's level of care.
