What Do ACX Audio Requirements Mean?

Hey guys,I'm kind of blown away by this one. When I first downloaded and started using Bandicam everything worked perfectly. Then, without me changing any settings, I suddenly have massive syncing issues. I have tried tons of combinations of audio/video codecs both in mp4 and AVI and can not get thesync issues fixed. I've even done a complete uninstall, registry cleanup, and reinstall. I've installed no new software.The fact that it was working fine, then suddenly got so bad out of nowhere is what is confusing the crap out of me.
