The BEST platform out there!I've used BambooHR for the past 2.5 years and it's the best ATS and HRIS platform I've used in my 15 year HR career. The system is easy to use for employees and leader alike; both mobile and desktop versions. BambooHR provides the experience, technical data, reports, and metrics necessary for HR, payroll, and leadership to successfully lead their company in an effective, efficient, and accurate way. BambooHR is continuously improving and they are a strategic partner for us. I am glad to have BambooHR on my side.Date of experience: July 23, 2024Worst Interview ProcessPlease note: this review is of job candidacy and reviews the way BambooHR grossly mishandled the application and interview process.Applied with BambooHR on May 16. Initial recruiter interview with Miguel Varela was held May 21. I was told there’d be 3 more calls, after which a decision could be made. Interviews with the hiring manager Steve Ballard and other participants took place over the next two weeks and the fourth call was held June 5 bringing the interview timeline to 20 days. At the end of the fourth call I was told a decision regarding next steps would be made by end of week, so when I hadn’t heard anything by mid-afternoon that Friday I emailed Emily Hansen in HR asking for an update and was told I’d have answers by middle of next week. By June 13 I still hadn’t received an update so I emailed HR again and was now being told there’d be another final interview with the CPO Brian Crofts, after which a final decision would be made. Brian wasn’t available to speak for over a week so I had to wait until June 20 for this next step.During what was now my fifth call Brian dropped unexpectedly
