2k18, what do badges do? Badges are a gameplay mechanic and attribute in the NBA 2K series that was introduced in NBA 2K15. They replace Signature Skills and act in a similar way, governing player personality and providing players with specific abilities and advantages.In NBA 2K18, what do badges do? Badges are a great way to boost your NBA 2K18 player character’s OVR rating as well as attribute stat caps. While you can normally level them up during your matches, we recommend leveling them at the team facility in between matches.Do badges improve your overall appearance? Players will have to choose wisely because each MyPlayer can be equipped with a specific number of badges as their overall rating rises. Is it possible to use badges?The user’s profile displays all of the badges he or she has earned. Each user’s user card also displays the number of badges he or she has earned, broken down by rank. He hasn't been a good defender since like 3 years ago.Kyrie needs that HOF acrobat badge since he change his shots around the rim more than anyone. LeBron got the HOF acrobat but he's more like freight train so he should only have HOF relentless finisher and a gold/silver acrobat.Smart needs to have his 3 pt rating reduced a bit. Even with the unpredictable badge.edit: Even his layups are are really low. I played with him yesterday. I think they are in the 50's from what I remember. His overall is an 80 now. But after playing a few games with him. It feels right to me. However Theis, Yabu and Nader still don't have recorded stats for my league start now and It took me about to two seconds to edit Nader and Theis face and hairstyles to look better because the generic ones are way off.
